The COMPAGNIE DESSOURCES presents a captivating symbiosis of African hip-hop, contemporary dance and body-percussion elements. The music is played live and is inspired by soul and blues.

In his works for COMPAGNIE DESSOURCES, the artistic director and choreographer Nono Battesti devotes himself to the ups and downs of life. At the same time, his choreographies stand for tolerance, international understanding, and respect. His work is accompanied by his sister, the singer Dyna B.

The Belgo-Haitian siblings received numerous awards, such as the Audience Award at the Theatre Festival in Avignon in 2016 and the Orchidée 2015 in the category culture from the province Walloon Brabant for Nono Battesti’s existing and future creations.
